My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged please email a photo of the damage to info@dickydoodles.com within 30 days of delivery.

We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund without the need to return the damaged one.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?

If you have not yet received a dispatch email, orders can be cancelled or amended by emailing info@dickydoodles.com
We will try to get back to you as soon as possible to amend your address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders take around 2–5 business days for all products. If you have not received your item after five working days please reach out to us at info@dickydoodles.com



Refund Policy

Customers have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and receive a full refund or replacement item. Replacement items are issued without the need to return faulty or unwanted goods.

All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after delivery date.
